Grapes & strawberries grow in Wisconson. Here’s some plants someone living in Northern Wisconsin (zone 4) grew successfully: "Several varieties of apples including Winter, Delicious, Golden, Macintosh, and Winesap. (I’ve recently started a "Wolf River" tree, which is only three years old and does not yet produce). I have currants, blackberries, strawberries, and some raspberries. I also have Stanley plums, some type of wild golden-peach plum, Mount Morency pie cherries, elderberries, wild chokecherries, concord grapes, and cranberries."

The University of Wisconsin Urban Horticulture site lists the hardiest varieties for these fruits you can grow in Wisconsin: grapes, currents, gooseberries, raspberries, strawberries, elderberries, juneberries, grapes, blueberries, Lingonberries, apples, cherries, plums, etc.
Early season American-type grapes which ripen before Concord grapes are recommended. "French hybrids grapes & seedless cultivare are not recommended for northern Wisconsin." Grapes will need a warm, sunny, sheltered area & a protective winter mulch to be able to fruit reliably in many northern Wisconsin locations. Check out the site for recommendations.
The site also includes some varieties of apricots, but notes that: because crops are sometimes lost to spring frost, expect a crop 1-2 yrs. out of every 5yrs.
