Did I Do an Acceptably Fair Job in Accumulating an Assortment of Periodicly Essential Nutrients?
I’m Basically asking, am I getting all Vital Nutrients required in a day, within my daily caloric/calorie needs ( which is around 1500)?
Well, this was my primary diet of today:
►Oatmeal
►Banana
►100% Wheat Toast
►3 slices of orange
►Few unsalted Peanuts
►Alot of white turkey meat (Primarily Breast)
►Large Sweet tater
►Few Whole Beets
►Few grapes & rasins
-Half a apple
-Dried prune
Alright, so did I get all the significant nutrients within my calorie requirement, or do I lack Nutrients/Calories?

almost perfect but for vitamin k and folic acid you need to add some dark green leafy vegetables in there
