Grape Growing Northeast

Does anyone have a recipe for freezer jam, wild grape, preferably low or no sugar?
We live in North Texas and grapes growing wild in our little ranch. I really be able to do something with these grapes, instead of letting it rot. Income from wild grapes are welcome. My favorite granddaughter chemistry and I have diabetes (and reactive hypoglycemia) and sugarless recipes or sugar would be an asset for us again. Thanks!
Wild grape jelly 1 / 3 cup water 1 quart wild grapes 5 cups of Splenda for cooking a bottle of liquid pectin – (6 oz) Method of Preparation: Add water to clean grapes (half of their immaturity), crush and simmer for about 15 minutes. Strain through a cheesecloth or a jelly bag. Let stand overnight to juice in a pan or bowl deposit crystals. For every 4 cups of juice, add 5 cups of sugar and follow the instructions on a bottle of liquid pectin and boil until the gelatin juices begin to drop the spoon, separating it from the blade (the proof of the "jelly"), how to make gelatin. This recipe yields 6 cups. Comments: The shell Wild grape is too hard and the seeds are too large to make jam, but work well for grape jelly.
