Grape Vine?

I just planted a new grape vine in zone 5 and over night it freezed and all the green lives and stems that wore on it just died. Does it mean the whole plant is ded or it will grow back .its been covered over night a bit but the cold night weather still did the damage.

    It may be too soon to tell. I’d wait a couple of weeks to see if you find any new growth. (it froze at my house too, but not as bad as last year, thank goodness)
