Should I eat healthy today?

I have 14 years and I'm 5'1 "and weighs 95 pounds. I tried to eat really healthy, so I can push a little more. So is this? Meal Plan: Breakfast: 3 / 4 cup of Raisin Bran a visceral / 2 cups skim milk 1 banana good Lunch: Salad (with lettuce, eggs and carrots) 2 or 3tbsp French dressing 1 / 2 cup mixed fruit bottle of water Snack: 1 light wheat English muffin 3 / 4 cup tablespoons peanut butter Dinner: 5 ounces of Turkey 1 cup raisins 3 / 4 cup Corn Dessert: 1 / 2 cup of light vanilla ice cream (110 cal.) I walked a mile with a fitness DVD. I, too, is about 20 minutes of things still in PE as crunches, lunges, jump rope, lizards, etc. Is it healthy? Am I getting enough fat and Protien to grow? Please help!

As Melissa said, you do not have enough calories to achieve what you want. However, its overall concept is good. It's so rare to see someone come up with a meal plan that revolves around the terrible, terrible food choices. Let's beef this eating plan, right? 1 cup soy bran cereal 2 cup -1 / breakfast, hemp, rice or almond milk (which is good fats you are looking for hemp milk … provides omega 3 and 6, two of them are essential fatty acids) -1 banana with peanut butter bar – apples with peanut butter – or half of a sandwich – Hummus and raw veggies Lunch – salad (spinach or spring mix [not only] ordinary lettuce, eggs, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, olive oil … all your favorite vegetables simply stack and try to add the nuts, grains, seeds and nuts) – Use a vinaigrette (A healthy fats … or find one that uses olive oil only, or make it at home … are really easy and you can send me an email if you want the recipe) – 1 cup fruit Mixed – Water, water! Cafeteria – all 1 English muffin with peanut butter spread water on the two slices and apple slices in the center (a butter sandwich Apple Peanut, mostly) Dinner – 5 ounces of turkey or other lean protein – a baked sweet potato with your favorite seasoning – 1 cup mixed vegetables Dessert – Shake fact with 1 / 2 cup vanilla ice cream (using hemp or soy ice cream, if you want to get those good fats as a striker) mixed with fruit juice and a little each meal, just wondering how to make them more nutritious. Notice how did your health salad, and dinner. There is nothing wrong with corn, but if you eat vegetables there is no reason to eat a variety of them.
