It sounds like it would be a good well balanced diet for someone trying to maintain their weight. Instead of peanuts or walnuts I usually snack on a few almonds. I’m not sure about the beets though, I thought they were high in sugar.

Pretty good although you do not need that much meat and it would be useful to include some fish in your diet a couple of times a week.

Yes! That sounds like great healthy meal. It’s a great mix of milk group (calcium), meat (protein), fruit, and wheat (fiber). Good call.

Sounds well-rounded nutritionally and as long as you watch the quantities you should stay within your calorie range. In fact, an article at http://www.realage.com says that eating the same menu daily keeps the weight off because a person is less likely to stray into bigger portions and bad choices.

Yes, this is very healthful. Almonds are a good choice of nut too. Keep up the good work!

When you are on a diet you can eat all the fruits and vegetables you want. Basically what you need to do is cut out butter bad fats and sugar. Make sure you eat lean meat.( 93% fat free or more) Also if you eat the same thing every day then you will get bored with it and will probably go back to your old eating habits.

Don’t understand your specific question. The diet you describes sounds good. To be better try adding more fruit and vegetables. To find exact recommended servings check out food pyramid
