Identifying Back Yard Grapes?

I just bought a house with grapes growing in the back yard. Can anyone help me identify the species?

They could possibly be concord grapes, although on mine the leaves seem a bit spiller and the grapes don’t have the little nib on the tip
Err… That was supposed to say the leaves are more spiky. Also ignore the comment about the nib, it was just the photo i was looking at. Strange you can’t edit your posts once you’ve made them…

So hard to tell, as there are many purple grape cultivars. When they are fully ripe (they aren’t in that pic), the pulp of ‘Concord’ grapes will slip out of the skin very easily, and intact. Very different from supermarket grapes. They also taste very "grape-like", like a Jolly Rancher, or grape Kool-aid.

I believe they are concord grapes.

Take a cutting and some ripe grapes to the garden center. The horticulturist can help you identify them and how to care for it.
