If I Plant Seeds From Globe Grapes I Got From Costco Will They Germinate and Grow to Adult Plants?

I’ve saved some of these seeds and wondered if I stick them in soil if they’ll grow and what kind of climate they like.

I’m not really sure, but go ahead and try planting them and see what happens. Plant a few into a container. That way you will know for sure if it grows. I’m sure they will like a sunny climate because wine country is always in a sunny climate. Water them once or twice a week. I hope they grow for you, globe grapes are so good especially when they are really huge!

They will grow, but only as neuters. Almost all commercially grown produce is a hybrid and is not able to reproduce.

If you want to grow grapes, you will need to go to a store and buy a plant, in bare root form, and plant it. Even those are hybridized and are grafted onto a different root stock for disease resistance.

You can, if you find a leafy section, graft it onto your planted grape vine and it will product globes from that one graft section.
