B: Oatmeal w/banana
L:Milk and a apple
SK: Walnut, a few peanuts & grapes, & a dried prune.
D:Chicken breast, corn, & Beets
SK: Yogurt & Glass of 2% Milk
I also chewed on an abundance of juicy fruit gum…around 20 pieces =(
& Drank 2 bottles of v8 fusion light….
I’m 13, 5’7 and weigh 118lbs.
So, am I considerably eating healthy??
yes and for that height you dont need to lose any weight
Oh my geeze boy you are fine and you dont weigh that much keep your chin up high you have nothing to worry about its good to see that you are tryuing to be healthy:)
Quite healthy. But thats a lot of chewing gum! What is v8 fusion light?
I don’t think you are eating enough for lunch but otherwise, the type of food you are eating is good. The gum intake is not good no matter whether it is sugary or sugar free – sugary is lots of calories, sugar free will give you diarrhoea lol
I think you are eating pretty healthy. That’s really good you care about being healthy. Keep it up.
that’s pretty good. not the 20 sticks of gum though. that’s a little too much. you should cut it down to 1 pack a day. drink a ton of water too.
what do you normally eat? You make it seem as if you are trying to lose weight as if you’re fat.
Your perfect! Your eating very healthy and you don’t weigh a lot!
Hello Josh =)
You are doing well, just try to have balanced meals, plus a lot of water. I would have added a small sandwich for lunch and for the second snack I would have added fruit with the yogurt.
Make sure you are getting all your nutrients =)
Most morning, I have the same thing for Breakfast. Enough has already been said about the chewing gum. But, what about water. I assume you are drinking lots of water.
For my lunch, I would probably, have a Turkey Sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread, with mustard, lettuce and tomotoes to go with the Milk and apple.
Very good. Keep it up. Nice healthy eating. You can’t go wrong, you don’t have to be on a so called diet, that is just some good common sense eating. Good for you.
