Signorello Estate was started in the mid-seventies when Ray Signorello purchased 100 acres (40 hectares) of land. His son, Ray Signorello Junior, learned every aspect of winery management from his father. The family’s original goal was to cultivate and supply quality grapes to other wineries. But since the first harvest in 1985, the estate has been growing and custom-crushing several varietals under their own brand and selling wine. During wine tastings, the estate’s kitchen serves complimentary dishes such as black wagyu and black pig.
