Was This a Good Day of Food?
I had:
About one cup broccolli with ranch dip
1/2 cup carrots with ranch dip
2 pita chips
one hard boiled egg white
5 spinach and cheese tortellini things with a little tomato sauce
1 cups ceasar salad with like 7 crutons
1/4 cup fiber one cereal with honey clusters and about 1/4 cup 2% milk
about 1 cup baked beans
about 1/2 cup pasta
one small prune
8 glasses of water
1/2 molassas cookie with a lot of whipped cream
about 20 grapes
Okay, know that’s like A TON but it was my birthday, and I was just wondering if it will ruin my diet totally,or if it will be okay as long as I’m careful the next few days.Also, about how many calories was that, and how much should I reduce this calorie intake?I also did about 30 minutes of cardio today.Thank you!I appreciate all thoughtful answers.
One last thing, this morning I weighed 98 pounds, and I just weighed myself right after I ate dinner, and I weighed 102 pounds. Is it normal to go up this much right after eating?
Yea thats normal thats the weight of your food actually. But In my opinion you’re barely eating enough infact you said thats a lot but thats aproximately what a normal person would eat on a normal day. You also said your 98 pounds but you didnt mention your height..I think you should get your BMI checked to make sure you arent underweight because if you are and you’re still growing this could stunt your height vertically!
