What Looks Kind of Like a Blueberry, but Maybe Is a Grape?
I have a plant in my backyard that grows next to a grape plant. But the berries on it are quite different. They are black and instead of growing in clumps (like grapes), they kind of grow in rows. What kind of berry could this be? At first, I thought they were blueberries, but they have seeds. The inside is rather mushy.
Maybe muscadines? We live in the south and they are everywhere!
Raspberry perhaps or maybe even a mulberry
If they look like blueberries they are probably Concord grapes. The seeds are kinda large and there is usually 2-3 seeds inside each one. They are really good! My family used to have bushes of them in our yard while I was growing up.
are they on a tree or large bush? if so, they could be mustang grapes
